You have a Winner with Hank. I think 5-Star Mitsubishi should be called 5-Star Oh Henry. Hank was Positive, Prompt, Precise, Professional and Personal. He definitely demonstrated the 5-P's of Exceptional Customer Service.I stopped back 2 days later to pick-up the Outlander. I wasn't surprised to see 90% of the Customers waiting to see Hank.The process was painless. I stopped in to look - I met Hank - Oh Henry and within a short period of time I was buying!

My appointment was at 6 am, when I arrived at approximately 6 am , no one was there. Service drive in area was still closed. I had to seek out cleaning lady for help. Check in lady was late

Everything was done perfect..They made sure I was satisfied with everything..Excellent customer service..The 12, 000 savings was in 5 steps..so I got around 6000.00 off my new 2025 outlander..Kevin is the best salesman i have ever dealt with..He explained the vehicle to me so well..The manager also worked with me to make sure my trade was worth something..I would send anyone there that wanted a Mitsubishi...Excellent customer service..10 star..

The lady in front of us was holding up the line. We couldn’t drop our car off. We just waited and waited. But the sales associate came out and she told us to go on and and wait and she would pull the car forward whenever the spot became open.
