Emily was knowledgeable, clear in our discussion and didn't play games. We talked through what I needed and worked out how to best get there. I would happily recommend her and would work with her again if needed.The incentives aren't clearly spelled out with the qualifiers. It would have been nice to know the savings listed are dependent on specific questions/answers.Emily and the staff were great to work with and made the process much less painful than I've experienced at other dealerships!
