I honestly do not have any suggestions for improvement as my experience at Five Star was successful and enjoyable. Henry took his time with me, explaining the options available and the differences with each option. When the model I wanted to test drive was not on the lot yet, he made sure I knew when it came in and I was able to test drive it and eventually buy it. I initially was drawn in by the 0% financing for 60 months and had a number in mind that we wanted to spend and they were able to come close enough to that number to get my business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Mitsubishi!Every person I dealt with at Five Star was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. I was not even sure I was ready to purchase a new car at that time but wanted to test drive a few of them to decide if I liked any of the options. Needless to say, I ended up coming back when the model I wanted to test drive came in and went home with it.
