I could tell that my appointment was being scheduled by an automated attendant rather than by a real person. It took a lot longer to schedule the appointment because of pauses and repetitions by the robot. I prefer speaking to a person in all of my contacts no matter where I call. Thanks

Brought car in for a recall. Taylor was very friendly, she is a great addition to the Service Dept. Car was done in about 30 minutes, washed and ready for me to return home.Service Department is very easy to work with. I enjoy driving my Outlander.
