I don’t think this was done. I did have them check my fluid levels. I didn’t actually speak to a service advisor, just told them what I needed when I scheduled.Sales staff should be knowledgeable about vehicle options and how to use them. Upon sales, there should be an educational session with the salesman to help us know how to operate things like the navigation system (which really sucks by the way) and simple things like the lift gate. It operates differently with the inside button versus the button on the fob. You really need to get rid of TomTom it’s horrible. Need to use Google or Waze or safari. I found myself in the middle of Harrisburg with no idea where I was and very little advance notice of turns, exits, etc. really had!Have been very happy with 5-Star overall.Timely service, easy to schedule, washed car after

Easy access to change the volume of sound and station on tv. During a 2hr. 1/5 minute appointment it would be nice to be able to hear the speakers on the TV. easy fix, put a speaker nearer to the seating area or behind the seating area .Good service corps.
