Our sales person was very nice, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. The downside of our experience, again, was the F&I lack of staffing.It was a lengthy process with the finance folks, as only one was on site. There was a sales floor full of folks buying cars that afternoon.There was only one F&I person on hand, making our wait very long.

I will stay with five star Mitsubishi because Avery one is good what they do.The people are nice the salespeople do not pressure you they late you deside at your at your own pace.
