Love living here but need a maintenance team. Things are breaking and we have nobody here to maintain them

Technician that came did not have any experience with the heating/cooling system. The visit was a waste of time and was not resolved.

The front desk staff, maintenance staff, building, residents, and grounds are amazing.I’m happy Evelyn is leaving. She has a condescending tone and bad attitude with most residents. Elisa brings her personal problems to work and dresses inappropriately.Additionally, speed bumps are apparently ordered but not installed. My newborn and I have almost been hit by speeding cars many times. When will they be installed

AC has been down for three days, extremely hot in the apartment, maintenance wasn’t working for the weekend, they keep the tickets on “unassigned”, instead of fixing it sit and chat up the receptionist. very little communication and still not fixed

The maintenance guy that came to our unit was friendly and helpful. However, as in the past the team is no equipped with the tools they need to properly assist with in unit repairs. There seems to be an issue with locating the key for the hvac door in our unit. This has happened in another unit we are aware of as well. The maintenance guy had to unscrew the vent screen from the door so he could access the system to replace the filter.

Stephen did a great job with our repair. We love living here and have a very positive experience overall.

The super was excellent at quickly diagnosing where the leak was occurring and immediately fixed it.
