The maintenance guy that came to our unit was friendly and helpful. However, as in the past the team is no equipped with the tools they need to properly assist with in unit repairs. There seems to be an issue with locating the key for the hvac door in our unit. This has happened in another unit we are aware of as well. The maintenance guy had to unscrew the vent screen from the door so he could access the system to replace the filter.

Stephen did a great job with our repair. We love living here and have a very positive experience overall.

The super was excellent at quickly diagnosing where the leak was occurring and immediately fixed it.
