Called up air-conditioning wasn’t working was one of the hottest days of the year two hours later I was up and running wonderful service. Everybody was very happy.

Staff is great

Staff at desk and management is phenomenal.the secondary services are lacking. What I mean is that the third-party i.e. the landscapers, snow removal, and upper level maintenance are unattended and sloppy.

Eddie from maintenance was great. He came by and fixed a few things in my apartment quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Really appreciate his help!

Mostly great, disappointed by the response to the water problem on the terrace. That needs to be corrected
