Very disappointed in the Maintenance- highly reactive - not proactive.I should not have to wait weeks for a washer/dryer duct that costs less than $20 and is at Home Depot and Lowe’s. It’s gross that simple parts are not in stock in building. Highly unprofessional

The maintenance guys are nice and helpful. Quickly resolved 2 of the minor issues, however, despite letting me know that they need to return to resolve the other 2 the open ticket was closed while items are not resolved. I haven't heard back as as the last couple times this was done, I may not until I submit yet another ticket. Both remaining items have been recurring from move-in. One reported at least 4 times already.

We absolutely love the location and the overall design of the unit — it’s a great space in a fantastic area and truly has a lot of potential. However, the experience has been mixed due to ongoing small issues that seem to add up over time. These minor but consistent problems, paired with delayed resolutions, make living here more frustrating than it should be.Another concern is security. There’s no gated access or true 24-hour security presence, which can feel unsettling in a property of this caliber. It’s something that should definitely be prioritized to ensure residents feel safe and confident in their home.Additionally, while some employees are professional and helpful, there are a few who could really benefit from additional training in professionalism and communication. For a community at this level, consistent courtesy and responsiveness should be the standard.Overall, once management begins addressing these smaller issues, invests in real security measures, and takes tenant feedback seriously, this place has the potential to be truly amazing. For now, it’s a beautiful property that just needs more attentive and proactive management.
