We absolutely love the location and the overall design of the unit — it’s a great space in a fantastic area and truly has a lot of potential. However, the experience has been mixed due to ongoing small issues that seem to add up over time. These minor but consistent problems, paired with delayed resolutions, make living here more frustrating than it should be.Another concern is security. There’s no gated access or true 24-hour security presence, which can feel unsettling in a property of this caliber. It’s something that should definitely be prioritized to ensure residents feel safe and confident in their home.Additionally, while some employees are professional and helpful, there are a few who could really benefit from additional training in professionalism and communication. For a community at this level, consistent courtesy and responsiveness should be the standard.Overall, once management begins addressing these smaller issues, invests in real security measures, and takes tenant feedback seriously, this place has the potential to be truly amazing. For now, it’s a beautiful property that just needs more attentive and proactive management.

I absolutely love living here! The place is stunning, immaculate and new, and all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t expect more! They even have fun events that you could participate in to meet other people living in same community

Steve was very helpful and "solved" the problem. He also helped me with some advice as far as the apartment goes. I haven't moved in yet and had a lot of questions!!

From the first day I walked into Florent there was no doubt in my mind that I would want to make Florent my new home. It’s very beautiful and always smells fresh and clean.
