Staff at desk and management is phenomenal.the secondary services are lacking. What I mean is that the third-party i.e. the landscapers, snow removal, and upper level maintenance are unattended and sloppy.

Eddie from maintenance was great. He came by and fixed a few things in my apartment quickly and efficiently. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Really appreciate his help!

Very disappointed in the Maintenance- highly reactive - not proactive.I should not have to wait weeks for a washer/dryer duct that costs less than $20 and is at Home Depot and Lowe’s. It’s gross that simple parts are not in stock in building. Highly unprofessional
