Eddie is the best! Responsive, knowledgeable, professional and always very nice. Anytime I had an issue and it was assigned to him, he resolved it, even when the other guys couldn’t.

Very disappointed in the Maintenance- highly reactive - not proactive.I should not have to wait weeks for a washer/dryer duct that costs less than $20 and is at Home Depot and Lowe’s. It’s gross that simple parts are not in stock in building. Highly unprofessional
