I did not like that that you tried to sell me procedures that I didn’t need. The same teeth were finelast time and this time I was told you have to fix them when for 15 plus years they have been fine. I looking for a new Dentist! I did not appreciate paying for the Dentist time when you were try to hustle me!!

It is unnecessary to text a reminder a month or so before the appointment and further follow up reminders. It seems to me that a reminder one week before and then the day before is sufficient.

Last year I came in and got a gold crown installed out the door for $1,200 and the insurance covered it this year the same insurance the cost is $1,600 and it's not gold and I have to pay the first $500 those kind of charges is too much money you're going to drive people away

I have some concerns about my last visit

Worst ever since I am cleaning .Sorry that Shelly is not there.

I was very disappointed to hear that after this appointment my dental insurance coverage is terminated and a very costly policy is offered as a replacement.I found out that two x ray techs are sharing the x ray room at the same time. But only one patient can receive service in the room at a given time. I can tell by the atmosphere in the building that something is going on.

Found out I have a cavity in a back tooth that has a Crown on it. The cavity was there in the X-rays from last year...no mention of it. Now it's so far gone that the tooth has to be pulled by an Oral Surgeon because there will not be anything left of it to place another Crown on it.If told last year, a better plan could have been established...I am not happy.I am waiting to hear from the Dentist that told me about the cavity. She said she will consult with a Colleague regarding the best plan.

I I love Florida dental office, the Manatees I give them 10 out of 10 the staff the cleaning us the doctor everybody is perfect
