My technician was thorough and pleasant.

My mother in law is Elizabeth Burnside and she has been waiting for a refund since February. She is elderly and the assistants hurt her when they tried to take impressions. My wife then received a call that the lab could not use the impressions and she would have to re-do them. She could not go through that again and asked for refund. Still waiting for refund. I am disappointed in the office. Don't call me just reimburse my mother in law
