We ait time a bit long

The lady taking the x-ray was rude. She stated that my appt was only for my tooth issue and when I told her that it wasn’t, it was for a full exam with X-rays, she tried again to dismiss me, I reiterated that it most definitely was since I hadn’t been in office in 2 years to which she responded “well we just don’t have the time today!” This could have been handled with “we will have to reschedule the full exam as we are short today” she also lied about my medical history being on file.

I thought the whole process at Forida dental went nice and smooth and very nice, compassionate staff there and highly recommend them.

Everything was great. No long wait,greeted with smiles, Everything explained and care was stellar

Chris was very slow and not at all interacting with cheerfulness. I already hate going to the dentist and the time it took to actually see the Dr. took an hour that's even with me showing up early. I almost walked out and I told the Dr. and Chris that.
