I had an appt with Sassy and whenI arrived was told she was not there that day. I should have been notified in advance of the change just as I notify you of any change. I will specify this in the future

Dr. Scannell was extremely professional and after explaining I was misinformed, I was okay with the cost plan. Will schedule next procedure when funds allow. I'm no baby to pain, but with TMJ, pain was more than anticipated.

I was 15 minutes late for the appointment. The the front desk clerk told me I was too late and had to be rescheduled. I felt she was very short and curt. I did not care for her dismissive attitude.

Walk in emergency. I was treated very good and was scen right away. The dentist was very articulate and comprehensive. Problem solved. Highly recommend.
