hygienist was very rude. Talked so softly it made me think he was trying not to be heard by anyone. Because he was rude . Told me I needed so much work done after being there 6 months ago. Asked me if I was having financial issues because I declined services. Told me services were going to be over $250 then my “decline” I signed was only $93. Without explanation. I got what he called a light cleaning but he didn’t even floss my teeth. I will not be back. Send me my balance

I had an appointment on 03/25 for a routine cleaning. This was my second time at your center. My 1st time was phenomenal. I have extreme dental anxiety but the hygienist and dentist were so kind, gentle, and understanding. My experience on 03/25 was the complete opposite. The hygienist was rude, argumentative, and aggressive. I raved about this center prior to this and want to feel comfortable returning but that was so unacceptable and only adds to my dental anxiety.

I was charged $250 (including a dentrite discount) …this was a total shock based on my years of experience with this particular Florida Dental Office. To raise prices this much without communicating the increase ahead of time is poor business practices.

Dr. DeVaul is the best hands down. Great work. Best Dentist I've had. Is very Honest. She's listens to you. Would never go to anybody else.

Everything was great, from the time I got there right up until I walked up to the desk to pay and schedule a new appointment. She asked me a question that I did not have the answer to but when I told her this it seemed to only anger her even further. I finally said more firmly I don’t know, you will have to ask the dentist. She was so awful to me I actually asked, did I do something wrong? Are you upset with me? I never want to deal with her again. Can I schedule online going forward?

I've been a patient at this practice on 4th St N for about 10 years and always have been pleased. The care is top notch and the office team are great. I NEVER am made to wait for my appointment as they are prompt and efficient like a well old machine.

I was very upset and disappointed with my experience with the specialist. I was told last week when I had my cleaning that my 3 teeth would be pulled after my set appt 03/05 for my gum surgery to find after I had to take more time off from work to be told by the specialist that now I have to go through a longer procee I wasnt told before for months? I am going to be seeking out another dentist and specialist not at all happy with the specialist his time is not the only that cost money.

I wouldn’t take my teeth anywhere else!
