Friendly staff. Made sure I understood everything that they were telling me.

Entire staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. The dentist was gentle and knowledgeable. The office was clean and comfortable.

Wait times seemed long to me

I went in very anxious and ashamed about my teeth. The doctor and the dental tech treated me very kindly, and I left feeling reassured.

Everyone was awesome and very sweet and accommodating and very helpful but definitely won't go anywhere else and I refer everybody to them now and I was so scared about getting my tooth pulled for nothing

Haven’t been to the dentist since a kid! It was crazy experience thinking that I was good just a lil tooth ace or cleaning but they explained everything to me! Everyone was amazing and friendly,made me at ease! I thought brushing my teeth two something three times a day my teeth was pretty good but was I wrong 😭😭😭.

The assistant, Kevon I believe his name was, was the only friendly presence in there. The hygienist and dentist were absolutely awful, cold people. The dentist spoke with me for less than 5 minutes. I told her I had anxiety about the experience and when she offered to show me pictures I explicitly asked not to see them, again because of my dental anxiety, to which she ignored and two minutes later had my pictures on the big screen in front of my face zooming in for me to see. The hygienist was even worse. She did not speak to me, at the end tried to claim I had beginning of stages of perio disease- never spoke to me or addressed the claims she made- only spoke over me to the assistant as he entered the data. She walked away and I was horrified. My assistant, Kevon, was the ONLY one who actually took the time to explain to me and calm down my nerves. He even made a comment about how horrendous the hygienist bed side manner & communication was and told me to disregard her and her diagnosis. Hands down the worst experience I’ve EVER had at a dental office. I left in tears devestated at the whole experience. I will never be back, much less ever recommend this practice. The most unfriendly, cold, unprofessional dentist and hygienist I’ve ever come across. The assistant was the only person I enjoyed at that office, which is crazy considering he has the least dental background yet was the only one willing to talk and explain what was going on to me.
