Certain things they wont fix or allow u to fix either. So u can be comfortable at there placeSometimes they are not professional

A little over a year I rented this house and I call it home and no matter what the situation is I just send a request and the matter is solved immediately.Thank you for doing such a great job. It's appreciated.

The vendor was horrible, left things a mess and broke my lights that they did NOT replace and I was forced to clean up their mess.Vendor was HORRIBLE, left the front walk a mess with dirt and garbage, broke my lights and left them throw in the yard. They were to be replaced as they were broken and don't work anymore and all they did was come and stick them back in the ground - and they are still broken.

The management group is always responsive and professional. It is a pleasure to deal with Roger, he is always very prompt to respond and follows through thoroughly.

Seems to be a little delay in requesting service and actually getting the problem attended to. That is my only concern.
