They only worked weekends so it took awhile for the problem to be resolved. Very pleasant people but I’m not sure the first man who came was certified. But rather helping out his brother in law who came the second weekend to fix the issue.

The portal and phone number you can't get in touch with someone. But luckily one of the managers provided me with their email last year and since I had to email twice for an urgent matter that was quickly resolved by Roger.

The Management team is very understanding and shows compassion. They are very efficient when it comes to communicating. I don’t feel intimidated to ask for service, like my past experiences with others.

Recently, we had the washer machine fail and Florida Management had a vendor take care of it for us and they put in a new machine that is working great.
