Florida Management & Consulting Group are awesome to work with. They are responsive to maintenance concerns and address any outdoor HOA requests to make sure their properties are well maintained. I have been renting from Florida Management for going on 15yrs. and can honestly say that Dave, Rodger and staff at Florida Management are very professional and attentive. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering a management company.

Constantly having issues with the AC in my unit and not updated on whether it will be fixed or not. Cabinets were taken down from my kitchen four months ago and still waiting for the wall to be fixed and the cabinet to be removed. My car was recently towed because no one sent an updated lease to management office. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still have not received anything.

The guys came early to due the maintenance on the AC and were done in about 20 minutes.

The maintenance requests are not being responded in a timely fashion.
