Constantly having issues with the AC in my unit and not updated on whether it will be fixed or not. Cabinets were taken down from my kitchen four months ago and still waiting for the wall to be fixed and the cabinet to be removed. My car was recently towed because no one sent an updated lease to management office. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still have not received anything.

The guys came early to due the maintenance on the AC and were done in about 20 minutes.

The maintenance requests are not being responded in a timely fashion.

I lost my husband to Covid, virus .I We were married for 41 years.my children I were and are devastated, We have known Dave and Roger for many years and have been at this rental for3. They treated us like family and made our stay wonderful. Chris, Mary Ellen and all the staff have been a God send, We love our Rental home and hope to stay as long as we live/ Thank you for your compassion and going out of your way to make my children and I feel so cared for. The dishwasher wasn't draining. I call maintenance, and they got someone here quickly and solved the problem right away.
