plumber didn't arrive Requests take months and months to respond to, even though they're reported by on-site inspectors. Some requests were deleted from my list, even though never completed. Still waiting on some outstanding requests from 2024. Still waiting on requests from last inspection 2025. Even the inspectors are surprised by the lack of attention and rectification of the faults. I cry fowl!
