This is a wonderful property management company. I didn’t realize how unprofessional my last property manager was till I worked with Nicole. I get inspections with pics quarterly, which was not the case with my last property management company. They only found the time to do it once a year, which meant they never caught any problems till it would cost me big $$ in repairs. I live out of state and depend on Nicole 100%. This company is excellent and would highly recommend them.
