10/10!! Staff is awesome and dentist explains everything easily.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

I really liked Dr. Floros. Also, Jenny the hygienist as a person and personality-wise was great. I will say, I don't love the set up and not having individual rooms. I don't like hearing other people's conversations about their health history nor do I want others to hear mine. I also felt like she was very aggressive on my gums. I have never bleed like that and I have been a faithful 6 month dentist going for my entire life. I have slacked some on my flossing and have been using my waterpik instead so maybe that was part of it. I will be back, but will be much more open about asking for her to be careful on my gums. I also have never been polished before scraped.

20/10!! Whole office is so kind and helpful. This was a first ever appointment for my daughter and she was made to feel so welcome, and the environment was calm. All the processes were explained with care so they were easy to understand.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The technology they use to scan teeth is next level. I really enjoyed my experience.

I was very nervous coming into the office as I hadn’t been to a dentist since childhood. Everyone was extremely welcoming, explained every step, and let me go at a pace that was comfortable for me. The staff was clear with next steps and the office staff helped me schedule everything right away.

I was wondering if you have changed your procedure for cleaning teeth under the insurance plan that you sell to the clients without dental insurance. I am asking because in the past, the whole process usually takes one hour. This time I was done in 35 minutes and didn’t leave with that feeling of slippery clean teeth where I can see and feel the difference.Sincerely,Debra Schaefer
