The maintenance person who was finishing up a few items was kind enough to set our appliance clocks...that was appreciated. The staff her seem to have things under control and it's a very pleasant environment.

The repairs were done quickly and professionally, I would have just liked to have been sent a confirmation email to let me know that my request was received / to let me know when I could expect the repairmen to be at my apartment.
