The maintenance young man was very polite and thorough. My concern was a great deal of water coming from above my patio. IT was suggested I remove my patio rug which was not blocking my drain (I vacuum my patio frequently because of falling leaves, trash and other debris. Since the water was not spilling onto my patio we couldn't figure out the source. I will film the flow of water whenever it happens and provide Foothills Park Apartments with that footage.
