The service advisor was very nice, but it took 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and my tires did not get rotated. Disappointing.

Fast and thorough service!

We had an appt for 11: 00 for an oil change at 1:00our car was still not ready. We took our car and left. My husband talked to the general manager and he promised a mobile car would come to our house to service it. No one ever called.

I brought my suv in for the 20,000 mile service and it didn’t take much time. My service advisor was great and I will continue to bring my vehicle to this dealership for maintenance and repairs.

I was scheduled to have the latest recall. I stated that in the appointment. The did not tell me that until the car was delivered at 10 am to the dealership, I did not get it back until 2 pm. Recall should not be sent out until the parts are available, it's a big inconvenience.

Over two and a half hours for an oil change. Why tell me an hour when it’s over double that. If I didn’t have free oil changes from past bad experiences I wouldn’t waste my time.

Good, they still have the vehicle on hand that I like, and it was on the showroom floor
