Great visit. I was there on time and out in a little more than an hour. My Svc tech Mike was excellent and very thoughtful. I look forward to my next visit to Bill Estes Ford!.

Problem is only partially fixed. Truck charges but charger is very hard to push and click into place. Now I am going to have to put into the shop again locally to us

TWO in line before check in. He said 55 min oil chain. I took that as joke. 2 hour 20 min. Was in at 10:00 out 12:20. Car ready 12:00 no one came for check out. Looked at car done and no one came to check us out. Person behind with oil change was done at 11:30 Had to go to him and get the check out.I have got a lot better there.

Was 10 minutes ahead of my 1:00 appointment. Truck was not started on until around 20 after 1:00. It was around 2:30 and I went out and asked how much longer, and finally at 2:35 it was brought out.Why make appointments when you never follow them.
