They didn't check the tires pressure and they charge to much for what they did if they did the work

Brought my truck in for scheduled service and the process was quick and painless. My service was completed in less than half the time I was originally quoted and Marco and the other guys in the service dept gave me a great demo on how my newly installed parts worked. It was almost too easy!

Every time I come in, I seem to run into an issue, and unfortunately this visit was no different. On 11/24/2025, I came in for an oil change and inspection. The service advisor even remembered me from my previous experiences. I reminded him of the previous issues and he assured me that they would get everything completed. I told him that I purchased 4 new tires in September 2025 from them. I normally receive a call or text to provide me the results of my inspection and to see if I wanted them to complete any of the recommendations. I did not receive anything but a call to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told everything looked good except buildup on my battery. I then mentioned that during my last visit I was told my brakes were in the red, brakes linings measured at 2 mm. I asked for a copy of the current inspection. I was then informed that my brakes weren’t inspected this time and apologized. The service advisor took full accountability for the error. Because my tires weren’t inspected, I continue to receive dashboard notifications telling me my tires need attention every time I turn on my vehicle. Although I did receive new tires a couple of months ago, I didn’t think that would prevent a full inspection. The mechanic came out to look at the brakes with the tires on. The the service advisor looked and said they look fine to him. I didn’t think you can provide a true examination with the tires on. At this point I feel like he was just trying to save face because of the repeated issues. The service advisor told me I likely received incorrect information at my previous visit and they have had concerns with that specific mechanic. I requested to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor did not assist in resolving the issue. I told him I would return after my vacation to have the full inspection completed. This is not the first time I have had to bring my vehicle back because things were not completed. I also called and left a voicemail with a higher supervisor to report my experience, but I understand it may take longer to hear back due to the holiday week. I hope to hear from him soon. My only desire is to bring my vehicle in without recurring issues.

Making the appointment through the call center was not good. The gentleman I booked my appointment with assured me the part I needed would be ordered and waiting for me in on appointment day. This was over a week before the appointment. Fortunately, my husband stopped by the Brownsburg service area and spoke with a team member. My appointment showed up on the books, however the part had not been ordered. He was told that the part couldn’t be ordered until they had my VIN number. Hmmmm, why did the other guy tell me the part would be ordered. The part was finally ordered two days before my appointment so on the day of my appointment it was there and the work was able to be completed. The service at Brownsburg Service Dept. was great! However, making appointments through the call center stinks. I wish I could call and make an appointment with the service department directly.
