Vehicle spent 13 days in the shop due to connectivity issues. All the steps the Ford engineers made the tech go through failed and ultimately resulted in modem being hard reset. Situation could have been resolved in a day or two. Service advisor showed little concern, did not call numerous times after stating he would call me. My vehicle only has 6k miles on it and I wasn’t offered a loaner vehicle. Only received loaner after calling Ford Customer service and complaining. Only then did I get into the Essential Loaner program. I should receive a loaner anytime this vehicle is in the shop until warranty expires.

Service was ok. But the communication was absolutely the worst. I emailed my service advisor a few times. Never responded. And did not with text. When I would call I was always to he was “busy” with a customer and that he would call back. Then would not get a call back for 2-3days. Very disappointing. You would think someone would have the courtesy to at least give an update when your customer calls

My vehicle was kept for 7 weeks and I was charged 2 diagnostic fees. $360 and almost 2 months without my vehicle for nothing.

Marco was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with the service process. He took the time to talk through additional recommended services, and gave me his direct number to call or text in case I had questions. Honestly, working with Marco as the service advisor this time was the best experience I’ve had so far with the Bill Estes Ford service department. I appreciate his diligence and help!

I brought in the truck for a "blocked sensor" and recall work. The truck was apparently backed into snow/ice and crushed the tailpipe. I understand those kinds of things happen, and Nick was good to explain that they ordered a new muffler to replace it in the next week. I got in the truck to drive it home, and the broken sensor alert immediately came on. That seems like it would be hard to miss. I did call to explain that and haven't gotten a call back yet.
