This is the 2nd time the recall has been scheduled and due to issues by Bill Estes Ford each time has been cancelled. The work is still not complete after two appointments.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bill Estes Ford due to constant miscommunication, conflicting stories from the service Advisor Blake Valentine, and a complete lack of accountability from everyone involved. I brought my 2020 F-150 in for a leak check and brake service, and instead spent days chasing updates, receiving different explanations from every person I spoke to, and struggling to get clear answers about what was actually happening with my vehicle. Despite being told I would receive estimates before any work was done, they "resurfaced rotors"and replaced them several times; communication from my advisor was unreliable at best.Most concerning, my moonroof—which was fully functional when I dropped the truck off—was damaged while in their custody. Even though the dealership eventually admitted it broke during their inspection/fixing, I was still forced to pay nearly $6,000 for the repair. Between the lack of transparency, the conflicting information, and the financial burden created by damage I did not cause, this has been the most frustrating service experience I’ve ever had.
