This was my first time coming here for a service and my overall experience was such I am not sure I will be returning. Having never been here before, I was unsure where to go. The person who answered the phone when I called to ask was not helpful. I made an appt online and noted I had a couple of questions on my vehicle. Upon pulling my vehicle into the bay, no one acknowledged me for 10 min- multiple people passed by me and made eye contact but ignored me. I completely understand people are busy but I had no clue (and frankly still don’t know) if I was in the right spot or should have gone somewhere else to wait that would have been more convenient for people working. Someone was literally at their desk scrolling on their phone and watching me. I went up to them and asked where I should go and after waiting further (and probably still in the wrong spot) someone did help me. After waiting 1.5 hours longer than the estimated time (during which no one came to give me an update), the only thing the tech he said to me was if I was paying for this with my ford points. I said I would like to but wasn’t sure how it worked. We went to his desk where he typed for several minutes. I assumed he was going to tell me what they did to my truck or if I had enough points to cover. Nothing was said- he printed my bill, pointed to my truck and said have a nice day. He never once told me the cost, asked if I understood the points system, explained what they did to my truck, etc. he also never acknowledged the questions I asked in making my online appt. (What is the point of making an online appt if the data is never passed to the tech?) The bill only shows the oil change but it looks like they topped off my windshield wiper fluid (which I appreciate but what else did they do? Would be nice to know) I was so caught off guard and honestly just wanted to leave that I didn’t ask the clarifying questions. Overall lack of communication and respect were my main points of issue. Purely from a service standpoint, it is just really odd to me that an employee wouldn’t walk a customer through what was done to the vehicle, even if it’s laid out on the bill. These may seem like small things to another person, but as a first experience it was not good. I realized after bringing my truck home that I also need a tire rotation. I will be taking my business to another shop for this service given my experience, and to be honest not sure if I will return here future service needs.

Took my Expedition for service and to sort out a vibration issue. It was professional and service advisor communicated clearly about everything so no surprises. Will be coming back for foreseeable future.

Everything good , but it’s a black cover that was taking off when I need to have a. Key make. I. Think it was off because they. Was looking for a code for the key because I lost my Key and. they forgot to put it back in place.

I never got a call to say my vehicle was ready. I got an email saying there was an issue that needed to be checked. I didn't check that email until later, so i had no clue until it was too late. I would have liked to get this issue checked, but since no one called or told me about it when i picked up my car im going to take it somewhere else to get looked at.

I utilized the valet pick up/drop off to get an oil change while I was at work. It was my first experience with this service and this location but everything went well.
