I gave an $800 deposit and they’re only trying to refund me $500. They also never fixed all of the mold problems, ended getting termites, it took forever to get that fixed; had to throw my couch out. This new management is awful! They also never answer the phone!

Apartment failed inspection by housing 1 time with 15 discrepancies. Even though staff was aware of 2nd inspection date and needed repairs, they failed to make ANY of them. So this apartment is currently not eligible for renewal of this lease.

They have a real bad roach problem, mice problem the office only like Hispanic people they don’t like African-Americans. They steal your deposit money. They lie about rent payments.
