Apartment failed inspection by housing 1 time with 15 discrepancies. Even though staff was aware of 2nd inspection date and needed repairs, they failed to make ANY of them. So this apartment is currently not eligible for renewal of this lease.

They have a real bad roach problem, mice problem the office only like Hispanic people they don’t like African-Americans. They steal your deposit money. They lie about rent payments.

There are numerous potholes throughout the apartment complex, which make driving and parking difficult. While management is very strict about other rules, maintenance of the roads and parking areas seems to be overlooked. Addressing this issue would greatly improve residents’ experience and safety.
