Unruly kids, pet owners do not pick up waste, poor trash containment, too many water issues

These apartments need to be torn down and remolded ASAP! Bugssss and not to mention RATS! I broke my lease and Oscar had the NERVE to leave a voicemail saying he gone file an eviction I’m like BYEEEE DO IT!

Is not expensive the rent. The neighbors are nice. And I really like that is 3 minutes away from JoeV’s smart shop :) lol.

New staff is horrendous , they do not answer the phone during the business hours, they always seem to have some sort of meeting for whatever. No changes to the community , it’s always trashy on the weekends. Neighbors are trifling and don’t care about the community because they are all on assistance. For an entire apartment complex it’s only 2 maintenance men causing backed up work orders if one of them is out. Just very low complex and I can’t stand living here anymore.
