Very professional, very respectful

Everytime I call for anything no one answers I leave voicemails & nothing I have to press that I am trying to get an apartment for y’all to answer. I went 3 weeks with cold water after I called so many times & my kids got sick because of mold that no one even told me y’all had! The bathtub has mold & was painted over & you can see it . Roach infestation that no one went to fix the problem . The dumpster is so full of trash that it stinks like dead animal. & always having someone trying to break into my car & keying my car . Toilets also have mold that’s why we get sick all the time . Worst apartments I ever been at I will never return back

Well the lady at the apartments Sonia she was very nice and helpful and she knew exactly about the apartments on top to bottom she was very excellent very professional love ❤️ her attitude she's awesome she's the one that's way in the back when you first come in near the living room

Apartment staff did not want to do a walk-through and made it a little difficult to turn in my keys.

Because

I had to turn in my move out notice three times and the assistant manager still didn’t know I moved out until a month after I moved out. Mind you I turned in the keys to the leasing agent who did not properly communicate with her manager of the move out.

Because they’re good costumer service, very nice people, apartments are clean, very good first impression, I just love the neighborhood. & the apartments,
