Start taking care of the staff and the employees that work there. Offer some type of bonus program or profit sharing. Most people here are underpaid and overworked. Everyone that works here needs at least a dollar raise on the hour immediately.The holiday program here is ridiculous. Only getting Time and one have to work a holiday is ridiculous. It should be double time. Think about your workers and their families. I bet that you're not away from your family on a holiday.

Like easy access on our continued education units that hard to use because we don’t have a 24hr computer technician when the system is down . Also a specific location for caregivers staffers for our charting and also a specific person that can reply and solve any log in for our charting and other.The most is working with my very pleasant residents
