I LOVE my residents and most of the team I work. We are like Family and work together to succeed.I enjoy caring for my residents, and I know they know they're taken care of by me.

Better pay for the amount of hard work that I do. Especially since I work equivalent of two positions in a shorter amount of time, for the same pay as one position. This was after the fact that my previous employer was paid twice as much, for doing the equivalent of both departments. Eventually I am going to feel burnt out.What is your base pay according to the amount of hard work you do.

Improve incentives, less micro-managing, I hear comments from other employees that this is just a place for a paycheck.No
