I've been seeing Joanna for root canal treatment. Everyone says how awful root canals are, but it has been handled well and not really seemed much worse than a standard filling. Very professional and happy to help at short notice, especially if you're in pain.

Very caring for a nervous patient

I attended Forestside dental practice for a hygienist and dental appointment. I was welcomed warmly by Miriam who was very polite and friendly. I then was greeted by Agnes their hygienist who I had not met previously. She was ever so kind and put me instantly at ease. I have a lot of anxiety from previous dental practices and it was a very different experience to that I have had before. Agnes was extremely gentle and talked me through every step of the appointment in a very warm manner. She was friendly and completely diminished my previous anxiety. I then had an appointment with Joanna who was bright and bubbly as always and was extremely helpful in regards to my next steps of invisilgn allowing me to know exactly what to expect and again putting my mind at ease. Thank you Miriam, Agness and Joanna for such wonderful service!
