The staff were professional, kind, caring, and patient. It had been a while since my visit to a dentist, and I was quite apprehensive. But they took care of me, explained what they were doing, and why, at every step, and invited me to ask questions along the way. Dr. Botica was great- very informative, intelligent, funny and disarming. I look forward to continuing my care with her and her team.

The hygienist made my son feel comfortable and explained what she was doing at every stage, turning the visit into a pleasant experience rather than one he feared.

The entire staff ensured I was comfortable, even providing a blanket when I was cold. They made sure I understood everything through the exam.

It was very thorough, everyone in the office was very nice. I think I should’ve switched sooner.

The hygienist was working on me, a staff asked her if she was almost finished. She asked why, the person said because you have one waiting. So hurry up on me & my care to get another person? I struggle with dental anxiety & making visits! Interrupted again with the doctor, staff was mouthing something to the doctor. Maybe rushing her too? I have work to do on my teeth, I don’t want to come back due to anxiety about them rushing me & not doing things right, so I left without making an appt.
