air conditioning not working. The old air conditioner was not repairable and a temporarly solution was put into place for a period of time. I, was notified that the air conditioner was repaired andthat the apartment completxt would pick up the temp solution. What I found was that the aprtment complext had replaced her old broken air conditioner with a brand new one. The timing was not what I was concerned about. It was getting the right thing done for my disabled daughter. Thank you for taking care of her.

I asked for a ceiling fan for my room 3 years ago. I mentioned to Nick that I purchased a ceiling fan for my bedroom, he said he would install it. The next day I ran into Iris and mention to her that I purchased a ceiling fan to put in my bedroom and Nick said he would install it. She told me to return the ceiling fan and she would get me one by Friday. Friday morning one was installed in my apartment.

Nick did a good job and took the time to explain to me why my fridge was dripping water. He also put some new weather stripping on the bottom of my front door, but isn’t saying in place, it started coming off the day after he put it on.

The maintenance man from another property came out and fixed. My furnace was very very nice about it. I appreciated his work very much.
