The service advisor was nice, but apparently was a trainee. I don’t know what country he was from, but his English and his accent made it extremely hard to communicate. If the other service advisor hadn’t been there, I would not have felt confident with our conversation.

I don’t have anything to add, but I’ve never driven one of your vehicles didn’t know anything about them and I am so happy that I made this decision. I love my new Mitsubishi automobile.It was a comfortable environment. My Salesman was very personable. Very knowledgeable. Listen to what I needed in a new vehicle help me with the price point the terms for my monthly payments and explain my warranties and put me in the right vehicle which I’m extremely happy with and I know I made the right decision on my new automobile and my new Dealership. It was a total 100% great decision on my part thank you again. I have told my friends and family about Mitsubishi Dealership in Ft. Myers Myers.

I am extremely unhappy with the Sales service I received from Mitsubishi. This was my first new car purchase, and it turned into an awful and stressful experience.I was lied to repeatedly and pressured into buying the vehicle. I was told the car would be a certain price, only to later find out the pricing was completely different. I was also told I would receive an extended warranty at no cost, which turned out to be another lie—I was charged for it without my clear understanding or consent.Communication throughout the process was terrible. Important details were either not explained at all or were intentionally misleading. I was told a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander would be roughly $34,000, but later discovered the total financing amount is around $52,000. This is completely unacceptable.As a first-time buyer, I trusted the information I was given, and that trust was abused. The entire experience felt dishonest and predatory.Moral of the story: run away.
