uncomfortable seating, not much to read, coffee terrible, the Wawa gas station next door is a resort compared to this.it would be goodto have a way to give notice of warranty work during the scheduling processno long wait for an appointment, service rep very friendly, all coupons accepted, warranty work done, quicker than expected
