outdatedtrain your CR's not to treat customers as idiots.Service appointments are quick to book online and service on site is pk. I was only disappointed when I asked why a PHEV has the same oil change intervall as a regular gas engine, the CR told me " while you drive dust and debrise gets into the oil even the engine is not running". The most unqualified answer I have ever gotten from someone who believes customers believe everthing they get told.
