Upgrade waiting room and make it feel more welcome with water, coffee, small snacks. . .Full service was quick and representative Kevin Novoa was very pleasant. Explained services and approximate wait time. Car wash was offered and completed saving time and money.

The appointment was easy but when I got there I had to wait 30They don’t even fill the paper of the inspection the guy had to go back and fill it ouThey dint explain how long was going to takeI had to look for someone to help me and I had to wait 30 min to assist me
