I when to have lunch and something came up I text him to let him know and I didn’t have an answer so I did drive over and let him know in personIt will be really nice when you arrive someone come a greet you, I when around looking the first booth was empty the second one has the service person I was standing at the door and he didn’t approach me, I have to get in to talk to him and look at me like what are you doing here, after I explain that I came for the service, he ask what service I said I don’t know you guys call for the 5000 miles service, and couldn’t find me. No a big deal but I’m used to been approach and people usually knows what I’m doing there. I think a little bit of training that will never happenIt needs a little bit of improvement, the person who take of me, couldn’t find me he was too busy with other things, that he could of been done after me, is not something big but is always room for improvementMitshubishi outlander is incredible, is my first time with a hybrid and I love, my next purchase will be full electric
