The paper was completely filled out. Only breaks were marked. Also, the sticker was not updated. My husband had to ask once we got the keys and they just wrote it down with a pen on the sticker and handed him the sticker.

Everything was great except told could be up to two hours until the oil change was completed when I had an appointment and was on time. Ended up only taking 35-40 minutes so it was fine
