I was pleased with service appointment. Paty is really great service advisor. I had several questions regardingSeveral warnings lights which came on during a heavy rain shower. I was concern so I took pictures with my cell phone. I showed the pictures to Paty and she was able to explained why the warning light came on and I so was relieved really grateful for explanation.Paty was super helpfully, initially she reviewed the vehicle service history and and pointed out the SUV needed a front wheel alignment. I was not aware this service was needed. Next the service appointment time was 11:30 and I was so pleased there was no delay in starting the oil change. I was pleased and very impressed.
