Calling the service department prior to my arrival was terrible! I spoke to an ai agent. It said I would receive a phone call back. I did not! I asked twice! This service was an emergency because I had a dead battery. I was disappointed not to get this phone call.Great customer service when I arrived.

No estimate time frame to fix the screen that hasn’t worked shortly after i purchased my car. I depend on my phone to connect to car which can’t due to the screen, gps in available Tue to screen, vehicle check can not be administered without the screen. Tire pressure check , radio , blue tooth .. I mean the screen is super important!I wwas reassured by phone and in person that my screen would be replaced along with the recall only to be told screen wasn’t available and no estimated time frame for it. They placed an order for it with no estimated time. I found that to be very misleading and unacceptable.
