Once I was able to find a service advisor, the experience was fine. However, I was frustrated by the fact that I had to actively search for someone to assist me in the first place. This lack of initial attention was a big turn-off and detracted from what could have been a smoother experience.I was disappointed that the car wash was not automatically included as part of the service process. Given that it was advertised as a complimentary service, I expected it to be part of the overall service rather than an optional add-on. It would have been more convenient and customer-friendly if the car wash had been included as part of the service from the start.While the staff was polite once I was able to connect with them, the overall experience could be greatly improved. The check-in process was inefficient, and it took an unreasonably long time to complete a simple oil change. Additionally, the complimentary car wash should be included as part of the service rather than presented as an optional add-on. Clearer communication about wait times and a more streamlined process would enhance the customer experience. There is definitely an opportunity to improve the efficiency and overall flow of the service.Obviously from all of my past comments - timeliness is not something that was found during this most recent visit to this dealerships service department.Upon arrival, I was not greeted and had to search for someone to assist me. A more proactive approach from the staff would have been appreciated to ensure a smoother and more welcoming experience.
