Still having a leak

Very easy freezer repair. The maintenance technician was kind, explained what was going on, and got everything taken care of quickly. I appreciate everything the maintenance team does to keep the property running smoothly for all of us. Thank you!

Lovely staff and fast service!

Most things are okay right now, but since Tim left the leasing office, it seems that many rules are no longer being enforced consistently.For example, some residents leave a lot of household items outside their front doors, especially unit K105. When I moved into Fountain Park, Tim clearly explained that residents were not allowed to store household items or other belongings outside their units. I have always kept the area outside my home clean and tidy, but some residents appear to be unaware of this rule. I have also seen people hanging mops on the fence and drinking alcohol in the common areas.Another concern is how complaints are handled. Previously, I reported excessive noise from the unit above me and asked the leasing office to remind them to keep the noise down. However, the office staff directly told my upstairs neighbors that I was the person who complained. They then came to speak to me about it, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Tim previously told residents not to confront neighbors directly because it could create conflict. He handled complaints privately without identifying the person who reported the issue.I am also concerned that many people may be living in unit K105, and they place sofa and other living-room items outside. I hope management can inspect the areas outside all units and remind every resident that furniture, mops, bicycles, and other personal belongings should not be stored in hallways, patios, fences, or common areas.Please enforce these community rules fairly and consistently for all residents.

Laundry room is always an issue. The washers and dryers always break down and are filthy with pet hair. They should have designated washers for them.

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout the entire process, and the other tenants have all been very welcoming so far. It is a beautiful place to live overall.

Not worth the price. Mgmt doesn't really care about the individual - but that's probably cut upper mgmt doesn't give them enough pay or resources or help or time bc they need to make a profit for the boiiis at the top
