Maintenance request was marked completed after 11 days, but nothing was fixed. We still have no dryer that we pay for — during a snowstorm — with kids who need clean clothes. Closing requests without doing the work or communicating is unacceptable.

Just want to thank the assistant property manager for helping out in a pinch. My mom was visiting and couldn’t figure out the thermostat while I was at work. I do not remember her name unfortunately but she was amazing in helping my mom out since maintenance was very busy at the time. Definitely appreciate it!
