I very rapidly found that my AC didn’t work very well, the washing machine won’t run, and the freezer was dripping. Maintenance has come to my apartment twice now while I was at work and all they seem to have done is put in a temporary window AC unit and clean where the drips are still coming from the freezer. I’m having to email management directly every day to get any form of update because the resident portal, where I’m supposed to go for maintenance support, seems to think I am both a resident, and non-resident, and won’t let me log in. I’ve been here less than a week and I’m dealing with these major issues that should have been noticed and fixed before I got here.

Friendly and professional

Flooding problem with mold that needed to be removed. Job is only half done still no baseboard and was told they would be checking for mold under floor. The flooring was not checked.

Exceptional service. Even followed up with me in person to ensure I was satisfied.

Just that the staff is always attentive and courteous with me and it always feels like whatever issue I have (usually heat or AC related) is a priority for them and that is very refreshing. The staff is always very respectful and very conscious about not messing up. The apartment, which is also greatly appreciated. They're great, and they do a good job. Thank you to all of them.
