I have had maintenance come into our apartment x2 and both times they have been professional and prompt and informative in regards to the issue on hand. They are very clean and respectful

Maintenance request was marked completed after 11 days, but nothing was fixed. We still have no dryer that we pay for — during a snowstorm — with kids who need clean clothes. Closing requests without doing the work or communicating is unacceptable.

Just want to thank the assistant property manager for helping out in a pinch. My mom was visiting and couldn’t figure out the thermostat while I was at work. I do not remember her name unfortunately but she was amazing in helping my mom out since maintenance was very busy at the time. Definitely appreciate it!
