My refrigerator had broken down. I called to report the problem and the response was prompt and rectified the next business day. Both times in recent months that my apartment has been flooded, Raoul has been there taking care of things right away. Thanks, Raoul. Also, the flood this time occurred from the laundry room next door to my apartment and leaked into both of my closets.
